Cream Soup "Orange"



For soup we have:

2 large sweet potatoes
700 grams of pumpkin
3 large carrots
2 medium potatoes
water
salt
1 tablespoon of dry chicken broth

All vegetables are peeled and cut into large chunks.
Pack everything in a small saucepan and cover with water.
Put on the heat and bring to a boil.
Add the chicken broth and salt to taste.
Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
When the soup is ready, turn off the heat and bring the blender until smooth.

Serve with cream or with crackers.

we need:

50 grams of melted butter or margarine
100-150 grams of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1.5 cups of flour
0.5 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg

Beat eggs with salt, sugar and vanilla, add cottage cheese, butter, stir, add the baking powder, add the flour kneaded soft dough. Then divide the dough into 3 pieces, roll out thin, glass or mug to squeeze small circles. In the middle of a possible drop of jam or just sprinkle with sugar. Then add the circle in half and half again without holding. Lay a baking sheet with oiled paper, put the biscuits. Bake at 200-220 degrees.

Chicken liver and spleen in the tahini and date honey.





We will need:

500g chicken livers
200g chicken spleen
2 medium onions
2 tbsp t
ahini
 2 tbsp date-honey
salt and pepper
olive oil

Cut the onion half rings and fry in a skillet a few minutes.
Add the spleen and stir constantly for 5-7 minutes. Add the liver and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Adds tahini and date honey. All mix and turn off the fire.

Very easy to prepare dish. Served with white rice suitable or mashed potatoes.

200g grated hard cheese

Knead dough. Cool it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

We spread the mushroom filling on dough.
Beat eggs, sour cream and grated cheese. We spread this mixture gently on the filling. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50 minutes or until done.
